Shipping / In Store Pickup
All shipping and handling goes through our store located at 7310 West 41st, Sioux Falls.
If you purchased online and have opted for in-store pick up those orders are handled and are to be picked up at our 41st street store location.
Our return policy applies to both online and in store purchases.
Our policy lasts 14 days and is for store credit only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer cash back or credit card refunds nor do we do returns on gift cards.
If you made a purchase online, the credit amount will be sent to you in the form of a gift card to be used for future purchases. This amount will not include not include the shipping cost as that is nonrefundable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. The product tag also must still be attached to the item being returned. In order to complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs of returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund total.
Depending on where the customer lives, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach its destination, may vary.
Please do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of in store credit.
If approved, then the refund will be processed, and the customer will receive a gift card with in-store credit only. Store credit never expires.
Late or missing refunds
If the customer has not received a refund yet, first please check for the gift card balance again if applicable. Please keep in mind that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Shipments lost in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
All sale item purchases are final. Only regular priced items qualify to be refunded.
Garden Rewards / Loyalty Program
The loyalty program offered through Cliff Avenue Greenhouse is not applicable to online purchases. If you wish to receive rewards points or use rewards points towards purchases you must make the purchase in store.
